On July 28, Hyper Aion entered its tenth year. On this day, the brand delivered two answers: on one side, the trust foundation of 2 million cumulative users; on the other, the official debut of Ray 7, the first model of the all-new independent vehicle series Ray.
Friends familiar with Hyper Aion know that in 2026 their sales have continued to climb every month, and July is no exception. Hyper Aion BU's July terminal sales reached 34,987 units, up 31.74% year-on-year and 3.87% month-on-month, marking five consecutive months of double-digit year-on-year growth. In the midsummer heat of a cooling overall market, these numbers carry more weight than any slogan.

From "B-end" to "C-end," the nature of growth has changed
In the first half of 2026, the proportion of Hyper Aion's C-end private users climbed to 81%. The main selling models include i60, N60, UT, and RT, all of which are highly praised by individual users.
Two years ago, people still defined Aion by "ride-hailing." Now the changes have been earth-shaking. Although Aion has long shed its "ride-hailing" image, it must be admitted that the ride-hailing market is the most rigorous "product proving ground." It was precisely the years of "trial and error" in the ride-hailing market that accumulated considerable reputation for quality and spatial comfort, continuously raising Aion's "gold content." Today's Aion is already a mainstream player in the C-end market, with overseas momentum continuing to heat up and the brand's value rising by the day.

Aion i60 and Aion N60 are often seen on the road; these two cars suit different groups of people. The Aion i60 is the A-segment new energy SUV that best understands Chinese families, with users aged 26–35 accounting for 42% and monthly sales steadily exceeding 10,000. Its extended-range plus pure-electric dual powertrains tackle the space, energy consumption, and range anxiety of multi-child families all at once. The Aion N60 brings LiDAR-assisted driving with the same-origin algorithm as WeRide's L4 Robotaxi down to the 100,000–150,000 yuan segment, with 25–35 year-olds accounting for 79.8% and ranking first in sales among LiDAR-assisted driving models in that segment. Aion has truly achieved "technology equality," and young consumers are willing to pay for it.
Dual-brand renewal: two tracks, one original aspiration
At the 2026 Beijing Auto Show, Hyper and Aion completed a joint renewal, cutting their value propositions very cleanly. Hyper upholds "Living Empowered," while Aion embraces "Easy Life"—two tracks, one original aspiration.
One takes root downward in daily life, the other grows upward in style. Channels are interconnected and service comes from the same source, but they never compete against each other. They share the same underlying logic: stand thoroughly by the user's side and make the owner's real needs the foundation of every vehicle and every service.
Ray 7 debuts, positioned as "young people's first super pure electric"
The Ray 7 is absolutely a car worth looking forward to. Positioned as a mid-to-large pure electric sedan, it has four "supers": super looks, super chassis, super e-powertrain, and super intelligence. In terms of styling, the 5-meter-class low-slung wide-body body, fastback coupe stance, and illuminable renewed logo make this design language clearly distinct from past products.

What's impressive is that the Ray 7 is the world's first to feature a chip-level drive-brake fusion architecture—the drive and brake systems are connected at the chip level, no longer relying on the vehicle controller to relay signals back and forth. Translated into driving experience, that means smoother acceleration, no brake nod, less body roll in corners, and the lurching and jerkiness common to pure electric cars are resolved altogether. For intelligent driving, it is equipped with a LiDAR-assisted driving system using the same-origin algorithm as L4, and this system will later be extended down to the 100,000–150,000 yuan price range. The e-powertrain continues the safety reputation of the magazine battery, featuring CATL batteries paired with a self-developed amorphous alloy electric drive.
It is understood that the Ray 7 is expected to launch in the fourth quarter, targeting the heartland of the 200,000–300,000 yuan youth-oriented coupe segment. From the family rationality of the i60 to the technology inclusiveness of the N60 and the emotional expression of the Ray 7—Aion has folded ten years of manufacturing heritage into a beam of light aimed at young people.
Behind 2 million users is the most down-to-earth quality guarantee
Among Hyper Aion's 2 million users, many owners have driven hundreds of thousands or even over a million kilometers without major repairs, with battery health still maintained above 80%. Reputation built from real mileage on the dashboard is all the more convincing.

What individual users get is a rare "all-around guarantee combo" in the industry: the "three responsibilities" commitment—manufacturer responsibility for e-powertrain spontaneous combustion, excessive battery degradation, and intelligent parking accidents; lifetime warranty for the e-powertrain; and for the i60, an additional "burn one, compensate three" warranty commitment. The rules are open and transparent, with no word games. While others stack parameters on spec sheets, Aion writes "dare to buy, dare to drive, dare to recommend" into its warranty terms.
Final thoughts
Nine years ago, the brand started from a dedicated pure electric platform and turned new energy from "novelty" into "daily use"; nine years later, Hyper Aion stands at a new starting point of 2 million users, using an 81% C-end share, five consecutive months of double-digit growth, the i60 + N60 twin hits, and the Ray 7 premiere to prove that it is moving from building good cars for the nation to building cars that young people also love.
